My Philosophy and Approach

You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it.
You must learn to see the world anew.

My Philosophy

We create our experience of life from the inside out, not from the outside in as we have been taught to believe. In my experience, even a small shift in our thinking can create dramatic and lasting results in the quality of our day-to-day lives.

As the quality of our thinking, and therefore, the quality of our lives begins to improve, we experience greater happiness. When we are happy, our energy, enthusiasm and resourcefulness for discovering and achieving goals skyrockets.

My Approach For Sustainable Change

No matter how much we intellectualize and strategize–no matter how much we want to change ourselves or our lives–there is an unconscious force that is ever-present.

This force is bigger and more powerful than our willpower, our commitment, our strategies, and our desire for change. The force is our subconscious mind–our habitual thoughts, swinging emotions, and automatic behaviors that dictate the actions we take or don’t take in our lives.

Sustainable change and real transformation is not possible until we bring our unconscious thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors into our consciousness. My technique will help you achieve this.

Live Consciously!

My approach takes you through a process that raises your awareness in these crucial areas:

  • Beliefs that we have taken on from parents, society, past experiences, etc., which often hold us back. Beliefs drive our thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
  • Thoughts that result in the feelings we feel which impact our emotions, energy, and behavior.
  • Emotions that impact our engagement in and our energy for our tasks and goals.
  • Energy to which we all have access. As we become aware of the wellspring of energy within, we begin to notice what fuels or depletes our energy and learn how to utilize that energy as a positive ally.
  • Habits which are the automatic processes we have consciously or unconsciously installed that work for or against our efforts.
  • Actions that we take or don’t take in our lives which are driven by the above five areas.

As you gain awareness of what is happening in your mind, you will also gain the awareness and ability to challenge these unconscious drivers of your life. Simultaneously, you will begin to cultivate the mindset, habits, and actions necessary to steer your life in the direction of your goals, values, and dreams.
